The invention discloses a drunk driving real-time monitoring system, which comprises an alcohol detection module, a human body detection sensing module, an image acquisition module, a data analysis module, a judgment module, an alarm module and a vehicle basic information sending module. The alcohol detection module is used for acquiring information about whether alcohol is contained in air in a vehicle. The human body detection sensing module is used for acquiring information about whether a driver is in a driving seat or not. The image acquisition module is used for acquiring facial image data information of a driver. The analysis module is used for analyzing human face data. The judgment module is used for judging whether the blood flow rate of the driver is within the range of a normalvalue or not according to the blood flow rate. The alarm module is used for generating alarm information. The vehicle basic information sending module is used for sending the vehicle basic information to a monitoring server. The invention further discloses a monitoring method of the drunk driving real-time monitoring system. The system can monitor the internal real-time condition of the vehicle in real time and judge whether a driver drinks or not according to the real-time condition.
