The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical structures, and discloses an intelligent automobile emergency brake system which comprises a brake disc. Right circular grooves are formed inthe front surface and the rear surface of the brake disc in a circular array mode. The front and rear surfaces of the brake disc are slidably connected with a first brake pad and a second brake pad correspondingly. According to the emergency brake device, the first brake pad and the second brake pad are arranged, and when the brake is stepped down during non-emergency braking, the pressure intensity of the cavity between a piston column and a piston valve can be slowly increased, therefore, the first brake pad and the second brake pad tightly hold the brake disc through an outer pressure pipe, and an effect of common braking is achieved; and a first inner piston plate, a second inner piston plate, a first brake pin and a second brake pin are arranged, and when a driver steps on the brakesuddenly in emergency, the pressure intensity of the cavity between the piston column and the piston valve is increased instantly, a spring is compressed, an inner pressure pipe drives the first brakepin and the second brake pin to be inserted into the groove of the brake disc to lock a wheel, and therefore, an emergency brake effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及机械结构技术领域,且公开了一种智能汽车紧急刹车系统,包括刹车盘,刹车盘的前后表面均圆形阵列右圆形凹槽;刹车盘的前后表面分别滑动连接有第一刹车片和第二刹车片。该紧急刹车装置,通过设置第一刹车片和第二刹车片,在非紧急刹车时踩下刹车会使活塞柱和活塞阀之间的腔体的压强缓慢增大,从而通过外侧压力管使第一刹车片和第二刹车片抱紧刹车盘,从而达到普通刹车的效果,通过设置第一内侧活塞板、第二内侧活塞板、第一制动销和第二制动销,在紧急情况下刹车时司机猛踩刹车,会使活塞柱和活塞阀之间的腔体的压强瞬间增大,使弹簧压缩,通过内侧压力管带动第一制动销和第二制动销插入刹车盘的凹槽内抱死车轮,从而达到紧急刹车的效果。
