The invention relates to the technical field of crane hoisting equipment, and discloses a vertical balance mechanism for hoisting a crane. The vertical balance mechanism for hoisting the crane comprises a support cross beam, wherein a traction mechanism is movably connected into the support cross beam, and a slide connection rod is fixedly installed at the bottom of an inner cavity of the tractionmechanism. According to the vertical balance mechanism for hoisting the crane, through the arrangement for the slide connection rod and a balance slide block, the balance slide block is capable of carrying out reciprocating slide to the left and right along with the winding of a traction steel wire rope in the traction mechanism, so that a balance device I and a balance device II which are fixedly installed in a support ring frame on the balance slide block can be driven to act to carry out reciprocating slide; and meanwhile, the traction steel wire rope below the balance slide block is guaranteed to swing by taking the balance slide block as a joint, and then the problem of false trigger for the balance device I or the balance device II due to the winding action of the traction steel wire rope in the traction mechanism is avoided, so that the reliability and the accuracy of the vertical balance mechanism are effectively improved.

    本发明涉及行车起重设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于吊装行车的垂直平衡机构,包括支撑横梁,所述支撑横梁的内部活动连接有牵引机构,所述牵引机构内腔的底部固定安装有滑动连杆。该用于吊装行车的垂直平衡机构,通过滑动连杆和平衡滑块的设置,使得平衡滑块可以随着牵引机构中牵引钢丝绳的收卷左右来回的滑动,从而可以带动固定安装在平衡滑块上支撑环架中的平衡装置Ⅰ和平衡装置Ⅱ可以随之一起发生作用来回的滑动,同时确保平衡滑块以下的牵引钢丝绳以平衡滑块为节点而发生晃动,进而避免了牵引机构中的牵引钢丝绳因收卷动作而造成平衡装置Ⅰ或平衡装置Ⅱ的误触发问题,有效的提高了该垂直平衡机构的可靠性及精准性。
