The invention provides a battery safety protection system and a processing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of batteries. The battery safety protection system comprises an active fuse module, an isolation switch module and a control device; the active fuse module is connected in a battery circuit; the control device controls the isolation switch module to open or close; and afterthe isolation switch module is switched on, an energy source connected with the isolation switch module outputs cut-off electric energy to the active fuse module through the isolation switch module,so that the active fuse module is switched off, and the battery circuit is switched off.
