The invention discloses a port crane cart track online detection system. The port crane cart track online detection system comprises a remote control station, an embedded controller, a detection beam,a three-dimensional laser scanning sensor, a laser distance measuring sensor and a two-dimensional inclination angle sensor. The detection system is installed on a crane cart traveling mechanism andtravels along with a cart. The embedded controller acquires various data measured by the sensors in real time and rapidly transmits the data to the remote control station through a wireless WIFI communication module. The three-dimensional data are reconstructed at the control station, the abrasion, notch, fracture and deformation conditions of a cart track can be clearly observed, meanwhile, the traveling displacement, cart track gauge, track straightness, height difference, levelness and other parameters of the cart can be obtained through analysis and compared with the national standard, andthen the cart track running state is evaluated. The system is superior to a traditional geometric measurement mode, track parameter data can be measured online in the non-stop state, the efficiency is high, and errors are small.

    本发明公开了一种港口起重机大车轨道在线检测系统,包括远程控制站、嵌入式控制器、检测梁、三维激光扫描传感器、激光测距传感器、二维倾角传感器,检测系统安装在起重机大车行走机构上跟随大车行走,嵌入式控制器实时采集传感器测量的各种数据,通过无线WIFI通信模块,将数据快速传送至远程控制站,在控制站对三维数据进行重构可以清晰的观测到大车轨道的磨损、缺口、断裂、变形情况,同时可以分析得出大车的行走位移、大车轨距、轨道直线度、高低差、水平度等参数与国家标准进行对比,进而评估大车轨道运行状态。本系统优于传统几何测量方式,可以在不停机的状态下在线测量轨道参数数据,效率高、误差小。
