The invention discloses a road roller vibration working condition driving self-speed-limiting hydraulic system. The system comprises an engine, a triple pump, a combination valve, a first electromagnetic valve, a driving motor, a vibration motor, a brake cylinder and a hydraulic oil tank; the triple pump comprises a driving pump, a vibration pump and a brake pump serially connected in sequence; the driving pump is connected with an output end of the engine; the combination valve comprises a second overflow valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a first reversing valve, a second reversing valveand a third overflow valve; the driving pump, the second reversing valve and the third overflow valve in the combination valve and the driving motor form a driving loop; the vibration pump, the second overflow valve, the second electromagnetic valve and the first reversing valve in the combination valve and the vibration motor form a vibration loop; and the brake pump, the first overflow valve and the first electromagnetic valve in the combination valve and the brake cylinder form a brake loop. The system achieves a vibration limiting function in high-speed driving state, guarantees the construction quality and the use safety, reduces the driving operation requirement, meanwhile, can use a quantitative pump and a quantitative motor to achieve a speed adjusting function, and is lower in cost, high in system cost performance and excellent in economical benefit.

    本发明公开一种压路机振动工况行驶自限速液压系统,包括发动机、三联泵、组合阀、电磁阀一、驱动马达、振动马达、制动缸和液压油箱;三联泵包括依次串联的驱动泵、振动泵和制动泵,驱动泵与发动机的输出端相联;组合阀包括溢流阀二、电磁阀二、换向阀一、换向阀二、溢流阀三,驱动泵与组合阀中的换向阀二、溢流阀三及驱动马达组成驱动回路;振动泵与组合阀中溢流阀二、电磁阀二、换向阀一及振动马达组成振动回路;制动泵与组合阀中溢流阀一、电磁阀一和制动缸组成制动回路。本发明实现了高速行驶状态下限制振动的功能,确保了施工质量和使用安全,降低了驾驶操作要求,同时可使用定量泵定量马达实现调速功能,成本较低,系统性价比高,经济效益好。
