An anti-aging escalator roller comprises a hub (1), a bearing (2) and a wheel flange (3), wherein the bearing (2) and the wheel flange (3) are arranged on an inner ring and an outer ring of the hub (1) respectively. The wheel flange (3) is formed by injection molding of a thermoplastic elastomer. A material formula of the thermoplastic elastomer is composed of a main material and an auxiliary material. The main material comprises, by weight, 100 parts of polyether TPU, 20-35 parts of an ABS resin and 7-10 parts of a macromolecular coupling agent. The auxiliary material comprises, by weight, 1-3 parts of carbon black, 0.05-1 part of an antioxidant and 0.02-0.05 part of light stabilizer. The roller is high in damp-heat hydrolysis aging resistance performance, can adapt to a working environment of a southern urban subway system, and meanwhile, various requirements of T/CEA301-2019 are satisfied.
