The invention discloses a crane operating mechanism and a using method thereof. The crane operating mechanism comprises balance beams, jacking hydraulic cylinders, operating wheels and horizontal wheels; the number of the balance beams is two; the two balance beams are oppositely arranged on two sides of a main arm frame at intervals and are connected with the main arm frame through arm frame pinshafts; the operating wheels are connected to the balance beams through the jacking hydraulic cylinders and can be driven by the jacking hydraulic cylinders to move up and down to be lower than the bottom faces of the balance beams or higher than the bottom faces of the balance beams; the horizontal wheels are connected to two ends of the balance beams; and the vertical positions of the horizontalwheels are adjustable. According to the crane operating mechanism and the operating method thereof, the operating wheels and the horizontal wheels which can stretch and contract in a vertical direction are arranged; hoisting load cannot act on the operating wheels and the horizontal wheels; hoisting capacity can be improved; the operating wheels and the horizontal wheels can be prevented from being damaged or abraded due to long-term force bearing; the service lives of the operating wheels and the horizontal wheels are prolonged; and under a moving working condition, a crane is moved throughthe cooperation of the operating wheels, the horizontal wheels and rails, and therefore, operating stability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机运行机构及其使用方法,包括:平衡梁、顶升液压缸、运行车轮和水平轮;平衡梁的数量为两个,两个平衡梁间隔相对地布置在主臂架的两侧,且通过臂架销轴与主臂架连接;运行车轮通过顶升液压缸连接在平衡梁上,并可在顶升液压缸的驱动下上下移动至低于平衡梁的底面或者高于平衡梁的底面;水平轮连接在平衡梁的两端,且水平轮的竖直位置可调。本发明的起重机运行机构及其运行方法,通过设置可上下伸缩的运行车轮和水平轮,起吊载荷不会作用在运行车轮和水平轮上,既能提高起吊能力,又能避免运行车轮和水平轮长期承力而损坏或磨损,延长使用寿命。移车工况下,通过运行车轮和水平轮和轨道配合移动起重机,提高运行稳定性。
