The invention provides a wireless charging magnetic core for a vehicle-mounted power supply. The wireless charging magnetic core comprises a magnetic core body and a heat dissipation column installedin the middle of the magnetic core body; the magnetic core body comprises a magnetic core base and magnetic core supporting legs located on the two sides of the magnetic core base, wherein the magnetic core base and the magnetic core supporting legs are combined into a semi-open whole; the inner side surfaces of the magnetic core supporting legs are supporting leg spherical surfaces; the heat dissipation column is vertically arranged in the middle of the surface of the magnetic base; and heat dissipation spherical surfaces corresponding to the supporting leg spherical surfaces are arranged onthe two sides of the heat dissipation column. According to the wireless charging magnetic core of the invention, the overall internal space of the magnetic core is increased, or the internal space structure of the magnetic core is changed, so that heat the dissipation effect of the magnetic core during operation is improved, and therefore, the temperature range characteristic of the magnetic coreis remarkably improved, it is guaranteed that the magnetic core still has good heat dissipation efficiency in a long-time working state, and charging efficiency and stability are kept.
本发明提供一种用于车载电源的无线充电用磁芯,包括磁芯本体以及安装于磁芯本体中部的散热柱;磁芯本体包括组合成半开放式整体的磁芯底座以及位于两侧的磁芯支腿;磁芯支腿的内侧面设为支腿球面;散热柱竖直设置于磁性底座的表面中部,两侧设有与支腿球面相对应的散热球面。本发明通过增大磁芯整体的内部空间或者改变内部空间结构来提升磁芯在运行时的散热效果,显著提升磁芯的温宽特性,保证磁芯在长时间工作状态下的依旧具有良好的散热效率,保持充电效率以及稳定性。
