The invention discloses a control method for coordination of forward gear smoothness of an electric motor coach gearbox. A single-motor gear box with a gear box system is arranged between a driving motor and a driving axle; in the gear shifting process, the control mode of the driving motor is switched according to the rotating speed difference between the rotating speed of the driving motor and the target rotating speed to achieve speed regulation of the driving motor, and the rotating speed difference between the rotating speed of the driving motor and the target rotating speed is controlledwithin a certain range before gear shifting and in the gear shifting process. Rapid and stable speed regulation control before gear shifting is achieved, the problem of gear shifting abnormal sound or gear shifting failure caused by rapid increase of the rotating speed difference between the rotating speed of the driving motor and the target rotating speed due to climbing or brake stepping of a driver in the gear shifting process is solved, and the working condition adaptability of a pure electric two-gear box vehicle model is improved.

    本发明公开的是一种电动客车变速箱进档平顺性协调的控制方法,单电机带档箱系统的档箱布置在驱动电机和驱动桥之间,换档过程中对驱动电机进行控制的方法是根据驱动电机转速与目标转速的转速差切换对驱动电机的控制模式实现对驱动电机进行调速,在进档前和进档过程中将驱动电机转速与目标转速的转速差控制在一定范围内。本发明实现进档前的快速平稳调速控制,进档过程中避免因爬坡或驾驶员踩制动使驱动电机转速与目标转速的转速差快速扩大导致的换档异响或换档失败问题,提高纯电动两档箱车型的工况适应性。
