The invention discloses an instrument panel mounting structure. The structure comprises a panel, a main body, a display screen, buckling mechanisms and buttons, the panel is arranged on the surface ofthe main body, the buckling mechanisms are arranged on the two sides and the upper end of the main body respectively, the button is arranged at the position, located on the panel, of each buckling mechanism, lug plates are arranged on the two sides of the shell of the buckling mechanisms respectively, the buttons are movably arranged on the upper surface of the shell, a flat plate is arranged atthe upper end in the shell, one end of the connecting rod A is connected with the buttons, the other end of the connecting rod A is connected with a lever, the other end of the lever is connected withone end of a connecting rod B, the other end of the connecting rod B is connected with one end of a connecting rod C, and the other end of the connecting rod C is connected with one end of a clampingtongue. The instrument panel mounting structure is reasonable in structure, the instrument panel body can be clamped in the instrument panel groove of the automobile by pressing the buttons through the arrangement of the buckling mechanisms, the traditional mode is more convenient to install and detach, and the table top of the automobile cannot be damaged in the installing and detaching process.

    本发明公开了一种仪表盘安装结构,包括面板、主体、显示屏、卡扣机构及按钮,主体表面设置有面板,主体两侧及上端分别设置有卡扣机构,每个卡扣机构位于面板处均设置有按钮,卡扣机构的壳体两侧分别设置有耳板,按钮活动设置于壳体上表面,壳体内部上端设置有平板,连杆A一端通过转轴A与按钮相连,连杆A另一端通过转轴B与杠杆相连,杠杆另一端通过转轴C与连杆B一端相连,连杆B另一端通过转轴D与连杆C一端相连,连杆C另一端与卡舌一端相连,该发明结构合理,通过设置卡扣机构,使得按压按钮即可使仪表盘主体卡在车辆的仪表盘槽内,传统方式更加便于安装和拆卸,且在安装和拆卸过程中不会伤害到车辆的台面。
