A steering seat is connected to the lower end side of a universal shaft; a steeringencoder/potentiometer is mounted on the lower end side of the steering seat; the steering oil cylinder is connected with a steering adjusting mechanism of a steering tire through an oil cylinder output connecting rod/mechanism; a steering longitudinal shaft synchronously rotating with the steering adjusting mechanism is arranged on the steering adjusting mechanism; a driving gear is arranged at the upper end of the steering longitudinal shaft; a driven gear driven by the driving gear to rotate is mounted on a supporting flat plate on the upper side of the steering adjusting mechanism; and anangle sensor is arranged above the driven gear. A linkage and detection matching mechanism of manual steering and electronic intelligent steering is constructed, and a steering proportional valve is correspondingly adjusted, so manual and electrical double-exchange operation is well achieved, and the stability and smoothness during steering are guaranteed, the steering force is small, the system is light and convenient, and the system can be well applied to the steering process of an unmanned vehicle.
本发明公开了一种AGV四轮平衡重转向系统,涉及AGV转向技术。本发明中:万向轴的下端侧连接有转向座;转向座的下端侧安装有转向编码器/电位器;转向油缸通过油缸输出连杆/机构与转向轮胎的转向调节机构相连;转向调节机构上设置有与转向调节机构同步转动的转向纵轴;转向纵轴上端装设有主动齿轮;转向调节机构上侧的支撑平板上安装有由主动齿轮驱动转动的从动齿轮;从动齿轮上方设置有角度传感器。本发明通过构建手动转向、电子智能转向的联动、检测配合机构,并通过转向比例阀的对应调节,更好的实现人工和电气双互换操作,同时保证转向时的平稳性、平顺性,使得转向力小、轻便,能够更好的运用在无人驾驶车辆转向过程中。
