The invention provides a vehicle power assembly support and a vehicle power assembly supporting structure capable of improving supporting stability of a power assembly component. The vehicle power assembly support is used for supporting a power assembly on a vehicle body. The power assembly support (1) is composed of a plurality of beams, wherein a plurality of beams comprise a first beam (11) anda second beam (12), the first beam (11) and the second beam (12) are connected through a triangular connecting plate (14), and the triangular connecting plate (14) is the portion where the power assembly support (1) is connected with a suspension (21) on the vehicle body side.
