The invention discloses a refueling hose vibration suppression method based on motor integral robust control driving, and the method mainly comprises the steps: firstly building an approximate conversion relation between the relaxation degree of an aerial refueling hose and the angular position instruction of a driving motor so as to achieve the hose vibration suppression through the recovery andelimination of the hose relaxation; and designing a robust integral servo tracking controller for a permanent magnet synchronous motor model with an unknown load accordingly so that rapid and accuratetracking of the motor angular position instruction is realized, and vibration of the refueling hose is suppressed in time. The method can be used for aerial refueling hose vibration suppression and servo retraction and release control, refueling hose vibration can be suppressed rapidly, accurately and effectively, and refueling accidents caused by refueling hose vibration can be effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于电机积分鲁棒控制驱动的加油软管振动抑制方法,该方法主要包括:首先,建立空中加油软管松弛程度与驱动电机角位置指令之间的近似转换关系,以通过回收消除软管松弛实现软管振动抑制;在此基础上,针对带未知负载的永磁同步电机模型,设计鲁棒积分伺服跟踪控制器,以实现对电机角位置指令快速、准确跟踪,以及时抑制加油软管振动。本发明方法可用于空中加油软管振动抑制和伺服收放控制,能够实现快速、准确、有效地抑制加油软管振动,可有效降低因加油软管振动而造成的加油事故。
