The invention discloses an underwater cleaning robot and cleaning method thereof. The robot comprises a body; cleaning plates are arranged on the left and right side of the outer round surface of thebody symmetrically; adjacent ends of the cleaning plates are evenly equipped with a plurality of cleaning motors, which are in rotating connection with cleaning shafts; the moving ends of the cleaningshafts are through the cleaning plates and in fixed connection with cleaning balls; the cleaning motors are covered in waterproof covers; and the diameter of the cleaning balls is greater than the width of one side of the cleaning plates. According to the invention, the cleaning shafts are driven by the cleaning motors to rotate with the cleaning balls, which can be used to clear organisms or other debris attached on the surface of underwater structures. Because the diameter of the cleaning balls is greater than the width of one side of the cleaning plates, the body is able to push the cleaning balls to complete cleaning operations in both the radial and axis direction without adjusting the body at a specific angle. Therefore, the operation difficulty is greatly reduced and the cleaning operations are easy to complete.
本发明公开了一种水下清洗机器人及其清洗方法,包括机体,机体的外圆面左右两侧对称套设有清理板,清理板的相邻端均均匀的设有若干清理电机,清理电机上转动连接有清理轴,清理轴的活动端贯穿清理板且固定连接有清理球,清理电机的外侧套设有防水罩,清理球的直径大于清理板的单边宽度;本发明通过清理电机配合清理轴带动清理球旋转,利用旋转的清理球清理水下建筑表面的依附生物或其他杂物;且由于清理球的直径大于清理板的单边宽度,使得机体在径向方向推动清理球完成清理作业,同时也能在机体轴线方向上推动清理球完成清理作业,无需把机体调整在特定的角度,操作难度大幅降低,便于轻松完成清理作业。
