Meanwhile, through opening or closing of the brake, when power circulation occurs in the ECVT mode, the engine direct drive mode can be switched to, the mechanical efficiency of a mechanicalsystem is improved, and the economical efficiency of the high-speed working condition is improved; besides, three ECVT modes can be achieved, different vehicle speed requirements are met, and meanwhile the requirement for the highest vehicle speed of the two motors is lowered; in addition, a series working mode can be realized, and the complete decoupling of the output end and the engine is realized. In conclusion, the device is better than a Toyota THS system.
本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车多模式机电耦合传动装置,相比于丰田THS‑IV系统方案装置,本发明通过增加三个制动器,可采用牙嵌式离合器制动,通过电动的执行机构实现,无需增加液压系统,实现行驶模式切换。同时,通过制动器的打开或闭合,本发明可以在ECVT模式发生功率循环时,切换到发动机直驱模式,提高机械系统机械效率,改善高速工况的经济性;此外,本发明可实现3种ECVT模式,满足不同车速需求,同时降低了两电机最高车速的要求;此外,本发明可实现串联工作模式,实现输出端与发动机完全解耦。综上说明本发明比丰田THS系统更优。
