The invention discloses a multi-mode electromechanical coupling transmission device of a hybrid electric vehicle. Compared with a scheme device of a Toyota THS-IV system, three brakes are additionallyarranged, jaw clutch braking can be adopted, braking is achieved through an electric executing mechanism, a hydraulic system does not need to be additionally arranged, and driving mode switching is achieved. Meanwhile, through opening or closing of the brake, when power circulation occurs in the ECVT mode, the engine direct drive mode can be switched to, the mechanical efficiency of a mechanicalsystem is improved, and the economical efficiency of the high-speed working condition is improved; besides, three ECVT modes can be achieved, different vehicle speed requirements are met, and meanwhile the requirement for the highest vehicle speed of the two motors is lowered; in addition, a series working mode can be realized, and the complete decoupling of the output end and the engine is realized. In conclusion, the device is better than a Toyota THS system.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车多模式机电耦合传动装置,相比于丰田THS‑IV系统方案装置,本发明通过增加三个制动器,可采用牙嵌式离合器制动,通过电动的执行机构实现,无需增加液压系统,实现行驶模式切换。同时,通过制动器的打开或闭合,本发明可以在ECVT模式发生功率循环时,切换到发动机直驱模式,提高机械系统机械效率,改善高速工况的经济性;此外,本发明可实现3种ECVT模式,满足不同车速需求,同时降低了两电机最高车速的要求;此外,本发明可实现串联工作模式,实现输出端与发动机完全解耦。综上说明本发明比丰田THS系统更优。
