The invention discloses a potentiometer accelerator pedal position dynamic calibration method and belongs to the field of vehicle-mounted power control. A traditional static pure zero calibration method is improved, and the problems that a potentiometer is low in precision and poor in anti-interference performance, and consequently the whole accelerator pedal cannot be accurately measured in the range from a zero-accelerator position to a full-range position are solved. The method comprises the following main steps: 1, calibrating a zero-position range value and a full-range position value; 2,determining a current accelerator zero position and a current accelerator full-range position Pwhl when the automobile is started; 3, periodically collecting accelerator signals; 4, conducting a zerocalibration process; 5, conducting a full-range position calibration process; 6, calculating a current accelerator position sequence value; and 7, determining the actually output accelerator position.

    本发明公开了一种电位计油门踏板位置的动态标定方法,属于车载动力控制领域。对传统的静态纯零位标定方法进行了改进,克服了电位计精度较低、抗干扰性差,从而导致的无法对整个油门踏板在零位油门至满量程油门区间内进行精确度量的问题。该方法的主要步骤是:1、标定零位量程值和满量程位值;2、确定汽车启动时当前油门零位以及当前油门满量程位P;3、油门信号周期采集;4、零位校准过程;5满量程位校准过程;6、计算当前油门位置序列值;7、确定实际输出的油门位置。
