A propelling device is arranged in the propelling tank. The propelling device comprises a tunnel type propeller, a telescopic propeller and a battery pack. A wave energy power generation device is arranged in the wave energy power generation tank and comprises a piston rod, a vibrator and a hydraulic cylinder. According to the invention, a propulsion mode of combining the electrically-driven tunnel propeller and the telescopic propelleris adopted, autonomous navigation can be realized, interference of the propellers to experiments can be effectively avoided, and a plurality of ballast tanks are arranged, so that ship rotation operation can be realized more stably.
