The invention discloses a floating crane swing reducing device. The floating crane swing reducing device comprises a longitudinal damping mechanism and a transverse damping mechanism. The longitudinaldamping mechanism comprises a first bracket and at least two first electric cylinders. The two first electric cylinders are longitudinally arranged on the first bracket, a first rolling wheel is connected to a first push rod of each first electric cylinder, the first push rods stretch out and draw back in the longitudinal direction, and rolling wheel shafts of the first rolling wheels are transversely arranged. The transverse damping mechanism comprises a second bracket and a second electric cylinder. The second bracket is transversely erected on the two first electric cylinders. A second push rod of the second electric cylinder is connected with a second rolling wheel, the second push rod stretches out and draws back in the transverse direction, and a rolling wheel shaft of the second rolling wheel is longitudinally arranged. According to the floating crane swing reducing device, the time lag gain active servo swing reduction principle is utilized, the damping is continuously added to a swing object when a lifting hook or the lifted object is motivated by the shake of a ship to swing, and therefore the amplitude of vibration is effectively reduced, the lifted object in-position difficulty is reduced, the in-position efficiency is improved, the construction cost and the resource waste of the ship downtime in the window waiting period are reduced, and the floating crane swing reducing device has the high engineering utilization value.

    本发明公开了一种浮吊减摆装置,包括纵向阻尼机构和横向阻尼机构,纵向阻尼机构包括第一托架和至少两第一电动缸;两第一电动缸均纵向设置于第一托架上,两第一电动缸的第一推杆上均连接一第一滚轮,第一推杆纵向伸缩,第一滚轮的滚轮轴横向设置;横向阻尼机构包括第二托架和第二电动缸,第二托架横向架设于两第一电动缸上;第二电动缸的第二推杆连接第二滚轮,第二推杆横向伸缩,第二滚轮的滚轮轴纵向设置。本发明提供的浮吊减摆装置利用时滞增益主动伺服减摆原理,在吊钩或吊物受船晃动激励摆动时对摆动物体不断加以阻尼,有效减小振幅,降低了吊物就位难度,提升就位效率,降低窗口等待期船舶窝工的施工成本和资源浪费具有良好的工程利用价值。
