The invention discloses a formula for a recap tread. The formula is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of natural rubber, 70-90 parts of synthetic rubber, 2-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a vulcanizing agent, 6-13 parts of an active agent, 50-70 parts of a reinforcing agent, 1-4 parts of a vulcanization accelerator and 2-8 parts of a softening agent. Compared with the prior art, the formula provided by the invention has the advantages that waste is reduced; production and manufacturing cost is saved; and the recap tread has the characteristicsof better resistance to abrasion, heat and oil and higher strength compared with a new tire, and better meets the working condition of a pneumatic-tired roller.

    本发明公开了一种用于翻新胶轮胎面的配方,由以下重量份的组分制成:天然胶10‑30份,合成橡胶70‑90份,防老剂2‑5份,硫化剂0.1‑0.5份,活性剂6‑13份,补强剂50‑70份,硫化促进剂1‑4份,软化剂2‑8份。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:减少浪费,节约生产制造成本,且具有比新胎更加耐磨耐热耐油和更高的强度的特点,更加符合胶轮压路机的工况。
