The tire inner liner rubber is prepared from the following components in parts by weight, 45-85 parts of chlorinated butyl rubber, 5-35 parts of natural rubber, 5-30 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 1.5-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-4 parts of stearic acid, 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-3 parts of protective wax, 1-10 parts of tackifying resin, 1-10 parts of an air tightness improver, 65-135 parts of carbon black, 4-5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 2-4.5 parts of sulfur, 2.5-7 parts of an accelerant and 0.5-1.5 parts of a vulcanizing agent. According to the invention, the air tightness improver is added, and the use amounts of the air tightness improver and each component of the tire are reasonably adjusted, so that the tire inner liner rubber prepared according to the ratio provided by the invention has higher strength, better resilience and stronger aging resistance, the air tightness is obviously improved, the safety and stability of the tire are favorably improved, and the service life of the inner liner rubber is favorably prolonged.
