The embodiment of the invention discloses an anti-corrosion sealing treatment method of an advanced reinforced structure. The method comprises the steps of selecting a sealant material matched with ametal material and a composite material in performance; determining a sealing form of an advanced reinforced structure, wherein the sealing form comprises a sealing method and a sealing structure form; and verifying the sealing performance of the selected sealant material and the determined sealing structure. Through adoption of the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, a corrosive medium can be prevented from entering an adhesive layer to influence the performance of the advanced reinforced structure, so that the advanced reinforced corrosion-resistant sealing performance is effectively improved, the structure maintenance interval is prolonged, the structure maintenance service life is prolonged, and the airplane safety and economy are improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种先进增强结构的防腐密封处理方法,该方法包括:选取与金属材料和复合材料性能匹配的密封剂材料;确定先进增强结构的密封形式,密封形式包括密封方法和密封结构形式;对已选取的密封剂材料和已确定的密封结构进行密封性能验证。采用本发明实施例提供的方案,可以防止腐蚀介质进入胶层影响先进增强结构的性能,从而有效提高先进增强的抗腐蚀密封性能,延长结构检修间隔及寿命,提高飞机安全性及经济性。
