The invention discloses a multi-sensor fusion intelligent integrated vehicle and an assembling and adjusting method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent networked vehicles. The multi-sensor fusion intelligent integrated vehicle comprises a drive-by-wire chassis vehicle, a sensor assembling and adjusting rack, a sensing system, a decision system and a power supply, the sensorassembling and adjusting rack is arranged at the upper part of the drive-by-wire chassis vehicle, and the sensor assembling and adjusting rack comprises a lower platform; the upper part of the lower platform is provided with a frame corresponding to the drive-by-wire chassis vehicle; the frame is sequentially provided with a head frame, a body frame and a tail frame from the head to the tail; thesensing system comprises a laser radar device, a millimeter-wave radar, a camera and an integrated navigation device; the decision-making system is in communication connection with the sensing systemand comprises an unmanned processor, an unmanned controller, a switch and a router. The present invention further provides an adjustment method. The vehicle is reasonable in structure and safe to operate, facilitates accurate adjustment of the key sensors of the intelligent networked vehicle, can obtain detection data of the multiple sensors on the surrounding environment of the vehicle, plans automobile operation according to a data processing result, and achieves unmanned driving.

    本发明公开了一种多传感器融合智能集成车及其装调方法,属于智能网联汽车技术领域,包括线控底盘车、传感器装调台架、感知系统、决策系统和电源,传感器装调台架设于线控底盘车上部,传感器装调台架包括下部平台;下部平台上部对应于线控底盘车设有车架,车架从车头到车尾依次设有车头车架、车身车架和车尾车架;感知系统包括激光雷达装置、毫米波雷达、摄像头、组合导航装置;决策系统与感知系统通讯连接,包括无人驾驶处理器、无人驾驶控制器、交换机和路由器;装调方法。本发明结构合理,操作安全,便于智能网联汽车关键传感器的精确装调,能够获取多传感器对汽车周围环境的检测数据,根据对数据的处理结果规划汽车运行,实现无人驾驶。
