The invention discloses a high-trafficability wheel-leg combined bouncing ground maneuvering platform which comprises a vehicle body, vehicle legs and wheels. Each vehicle leg comprises an installation part used for installing the corresponding wheel, a guide block located above the installation part, a guide rod fixed to the installation part, and a spring arranged on the guide rod in a sleevingmode and located between the installation part and the guide block. The upper end of the guide rod penetrates through the guide block and is connected with the guide block in a sliding fit mode, a pull rope is fixed to the installation part, and the vehicle body is provided with a driving device used for winding the pull rope; a worm is rotatably arranged on the vehicle body, the worm is providedwith a worm wheel meshed with the worm, and the worm wheel is fixedly connected with the guide block in the circumferential direction; and the worm is provided with a second motor for driving the wormto rotate. The ground maneuvering platform can cross special road conditions such as vertical obstacles and ditches through jumping, and the maneuverability and trafficability of the ground maneuvering platform are greatly improved.
