A wheel flat-turning transmission mechanism is composed of a main shaft (1), a driven shaft (2), a star wheel (3), an elastic body (4), a bearing (5) and a driven shaft flange plate (6). A driven shaft (2) coaxially connected with the driven shaft flange plate (6) is arranged on the main shaft (1) through a bearing (5) and can rotate relatively; a star wheel (3) composed of one end of an elastic body and two semi-cylinders is arranged in a driven shaft circular groove (8) and can rotate, and the other end of the elastic body is arranged in a main shaft groove (7), so that the elastic body (4)can generate elastic bending moment action deformation in an annular elastic cavity composed of a main shaft, a driven shaft, the star wheel, a bearing and a driven shaft flange plate. The engine actson the main shaft, so that the main shaft groove, the star wheel and the driven shaft circular groove are synchronously meshed with the two ends of the elastomer to generate an elastic bending momenteffect, the driven shaft flange plate drives the wheel to rub the road surface, and the wheel forms rapid and periodic flat-turning motion and balance reinforcement effect; compared with the prior art, the automobile driving effect is doubled, and energy is saved by about 40%.

    一种车轮平旋传动机构,由主轴(1)、从轴(2)、星轮(3)、弹性体(4)、轴承(5)和从轴法兰盘(6)构成;与从轴法兰盘(6)同轴相连的从轴(2)通过轴承(5)设主轴(1)上并可相对转动,由弹性体一端与两半圆柱体组成的星轮(3)均设从轴圆凹槽(8)内且可自转,弹性体另一端均设主轴凹槽(7)内,使弹性体(4)在由主轴、从轴、星轮、轴承和从轴法兰盘构成的环状弹力腔内均可产生弹性弯矩作用形变;发动机作用主轴,使主轴凹槽、星轮及从轴圆凹槽同步啮合弹性体两端产生弹性弯矩作用,经从轴法兰盘驱动车轮摩擦路面,车轮形成快速周期性的平旋运动和平衡增力作用;同比现技术,汽车驱动功效增2倍、节能约40%。
