The invention discloses a servo mechanism capable of bearing the radial load, which comprises a lead screw pair, a sliding block and an executing piece. The lead screw pair comprises a lead screw, a lead screw nut and first bearings, the lead screw nut is installed on the lead screw in a penetrating mode, and the two first bearings are installed at the left end and the right end of the lead screwrespectively. The sliding block is hinged to the lead screw nut through a hinge shaft. A second bearing is arranged on the executing piece, and the center line of the second bearing is located above or below the center line of the hinge shaft. The executing piece comprises an executing body and a guide rail, and the guide rail is installed on the executing body and used for making the sliding block make contact with the guide rail and slide on the guide rail, so that the executing piece is driven to rotate around the center line of the second bearing. On the basis of not increasing a torque shunting and reversing structure, the design structure of the lead screw pair and the executing piece is improved, so that the design target that the servo mechanism can bear a radial load under the same enveloping condition is achieved, and meanwhile, the performance indexes of miniaturization, high transmission efficiency and high precision of the whole machine are also ensured.

    本发明公开了一种可承径向载荷的伺服机构,包括丝杠副、滑块和执行件,丝杠副包括丝杠、丝杠螺母和第一轴承,丝杠螺母穿装在所述丝杠上,两个第一轴承分别安装在丝杠的左右两端;滑块通过铰轴铰接在丝杠螺母上;第二轴承设置在执行件上,并且第二轴承的中心线位于铰轴的中心线上方或下方;执行件包括执行主体和导向轨道,导向轨道安装在执行主体上,以用于让滑块与导向轨道接触并在导向轨道上滑动,从而带动该执行件绕第二轴承的中心线转动。本发明能在不增加力矩分流换向结构的基础上,改进丝杠副与执行件的设计结构,从而实现在相同包络条件下伺服机构可承径向载荷的设计目标,同时亦保证了整机的小型化、高传动效率、高精度性能指标。
