A method for manufacturing a multi-ribbed wing-box, including: a1) arranging a first panel, made of a composite material, on a curing surface; a2) arranging non-polymerized composite ribs; a3) arranging at least one tool; b) placing a first pair of flanges onto a first side of the first panel, and putting the tool between every pair of the continuous ribs, wherein the tool is in contact iwith theribs so that the ribs are alternatively arranged on the first side of the first panel in the transversal direction; c) arranging a second panel made from a composite material; d) pulling out a mediummember in every tool in the transversal direction and removing a bottom part and a top part of every tool; and e) in an autoclave, according to specific pressure and temperature, enabling the first panel, the second panel, the ribs and a vacuum bag to undergo a curing process so as to cure the non-polymerized parts.
