The invention discloses an adjustable six-freedom-degree tray device. A tray base platform, an X-axis motion platform, a Y-axis motion platform, a rotation support structure, an XY horizontal moving platform and a tray upper platform are included. The X-axis motion platform is arranged on the tray base platform through an X-axis motion mechanism. The Y-axis motion platform is arranged on the X-axis motion platform through a Y-axis motion mechanism. The XY horizontal moving platform is arranged on the Y-axis motion platform through the rotation support structure. The tray upper platform is arranged on the XY horizontal moving platform through three supporting oil cylinders. The rotation support structure is matched with an X axis and a Y axis so that a tray can move in any direction of thehorizontal plane, objects on the tray upper platform can achieve pitching, rolling and tiny lifting actions through the three hydraulic cylinders, and the tray device has the advantages of being simple in structure, small in size, convenient to use and the like.

    本发明公开了一种可调式六自由度托盘装置,包括托盘底座平台、X轴运动平台、Y轴运动平台、回转支撑结构、XY平移平台和托盘上平台,所述X轴运动平台通过X轴运动机构设于托盘底座平台上,所述Y轴运动平台通过Y轴运动机构设于X轴运动平台上,所述XY平移平台通过回转支撑结构设于Y轴运动平台上,所述托盘上平台通过三个支撑油缸安装于XY平移平台上。本发明通过回转支撑结构配合X轴和Y轴可实现托盘在水平面的任意方向移动,通过三个液压缸可使托盘上平台上的物体实现俯仰、滚转及微小的举升动作,该托盘装置具有结构简单、体积小,使用方便等优点。
