The invention discloses a wheel for stabilizing automobile body and preventing deviation during automobile tire burst. The wheel comprises a tire body 1, an air storage bin 2, an air pressure balancevalve 3, a movable block 4, a shared toe opening 5, an inflation nozzle 6, a hub 7, tire patterns 8, a shared tire wall 9, a spring outer seat 11, a spring 12, a spring inner seat 13 and a toe openinggroove 13. According to the invention, the vehicle direction, the vehicle posture, lane keeping and the like can be controlled during and after tire burst of the vehicle, so that the vehicle body cantake measures after running for a certain distance in a balanced and stable manner, and traffic accidents caused by improper operation of a driver on the vehicle during and after tire burst can be prevented.
