The invention discloses a wave dissipation protection device and method for an offshore wind power cylindrical foundation transportation and installation ship. The wave dissipation protection device comprises an opening and closing door, a door shaft and an opening and closing door control device, the opening and closing door is located on a stern and is divided into a first opening and closing door body and a second opening and closing door body, and the first opening and closing door body and the second opening and closing door body completely seal an opening of a U-shaped groove in a closedstate; the door shafts are divided into a first door shaft and a second door shaft, and the first door shaft and the second door shaft are located on the two sides of the stern respectively; the first door shaft is connected with a ship body and the first opening and closing door, and the first opening and closing door rotates around the first door shaft. The second door shaft is connected with the ship body and the second opening and closing door, and the second opening and closing door rotates around the second door shaft; and the opening and closing door control device is used for openingand closing the opening and closing door. According to the invention, one-step transportation and installation of the cylindrical foundation are realized; the closed transport ship tightly surrounds the barrel-shaped foundation, so that the wave effect of the barrel-shaped foundation in the transport and installation process is reduced, and the safety of the barrel-shaped foundation in the transport process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电筒型基础运输、安装船的消浪防护装置及方法,包括启闭门,门轴和启闭门控制装置,所述启闭门位于船艉,分为第一启闭门和第二启闭门,所述第一、二启闭门在关闭状态下将U型槽的开口完全封闭;所述门轴分为第一门轴和第二门轴,所述第一、二门轴分别位于船艉的两侧;所述第一门轴连接船体与所述第一启闭门,所述第一启闭门绕所述第一门轴转动;所述第二门轴连接船体与第二启闭门,所述第二启闭门绕所述第二门轴转动;所述启闭门控制装置用于开启、关闭所述启闭门。本发明实现了筒型基础一步式运输、安装;封闭式的运输船将筒型基础紧密包围,使筒型基础在运输安装过程中减少波浪的作用,提高运输过程中筒型基础的安全性。
