The invention provides an intelligent traffic signal lamp system. According to the technical scheme, a detection module and an environment monitoring module for road condition information are introduced into a basic structure of the traffic signal lamp, and pedestrians, road condition information and haze weather information are actively acquired, so an intelligent control scheme is formed on thebasis of the pedestrian, road condition information and haze weather information; meanwhile, data transmission is realized based on a wireless communication technology, and a novel prompt mode and a composite power supply scheme are adopted. By applying the method, the signal lamp state can be actively adjusted according to the road condition information, which has positive significance in improving the intersection passing efficiency and shortening the waiting time; meanwhile, an active response mechanism aiming at haze weather is beneficial to reducing accidents. In addition, the transmission mode of passage information is enriched through a voice prompt function; and a power supply mode that the solar photovoltaic panel is matched with the lithium battery is adopted, so the power utilization cost is reduced, cables do not need to be laid, and outstanding technical advantages are achieved.
