The invention discloses a multi-gun direct-current charging pile insulation diagnosis method and a device so as to accurately position an insulation fault vehicle. The method comprises the steps thatin the process that the multi-gun direct-current charging pile charges a plurality of electric vehicles at the same time, whether the ground insulation resistance of positive electrodes of the electric vehicles is lower than a first preset value and whether the ground insulation resistance of negative electrodes of direct-current sources is lower than a second preset value are detected; when it isdetected that the positive electrode ground insulation resistance of the electric vehicle is lower than a first preset value, it is judged that the positive electrode ground insulation of the electric vehicle fails, and charging of the electric vehicle is cut off; when it is detected that the insulation resistance to ground of the negative electrode of the direct current source is lower than a second preset value each time, charging of one electric vehicle is cut off until it is detected that the insulation resistance to ground of the negative electrode of the direct current source is not lower than the second preset value, and it is judged that the negative electrode of the electric vehicle which is cut off recently breaks down has a ground insulation fault.

    本申请公开了一种多枪直流充电桩绝缘诊断方法和装置,以实现准确定位绝缘故障车辆。该方法包括:在多枪直流充电桩同时对多辆电动汽车充电的过程中,检测各电动汽车正极对地绝缘阻抗是否低于第一预设值,以及直流源负极对地绝缘阻抗是否低于第二预设值;在检测到电动汽车正极对地绝缘阻抗低于第一预设值时,判定本辆电动汽车正极对地绝缘故障,断开本辆电动汽车的充电;每次检测到直流源负极对地绝缘阻抗低于第二预设值时,都断开一辆电动汽车的充电,直至检测到直流源负极对地绝缘阻抗不低于所述第二预设值时,判定最近一次断开的电动汽车负极对地绝缘故障。
