The invention relates to a charging pile charging and discharging control method and a system. The method comprises the steps that the charging requirement of an electric vehicle and the operation state of a power grid are detected; when the power grid is in a peak electricity period, if the electric vehicle has no charging requirement, the energy storage power supply outputs electric energy to the power grid; if the electric vehicle has the charging requirement, the energy storage power supply outputs the electric energy to the electric vehicle to charge the electric vehicle; when the power grid is in a valley electricity period, if the electric vehicle has no charging requirement, the power grid outputs electric energy to the energy storage power supply to charge the energy storage powersupply; and if the electric vehicle has the charging requirement, the power grid outputs the electric energy to the electric vehicle to charge the electric vehicle. The electric energy output flow directions of the power grid and the energy storage power supply are controlled according to the peak electricity period and valley electricity period states of the power grid, the load fluctuation of the power grid is avoided, and the power quality of the power grid is improved.

    本发明涉及一种充电桩充放电控制方法及系统,该方法包括:检测电动汽车的充电需求和电网的运行状态;当电网处于峰电期,若电动汽车没有充电需求,则储能电源将电能输出给电网;若电动汽车有充电需求,则储能电源将电能输出给电动汽车,为电动汽车充电;当电网处于谷电期,若电动汽车没有充电需求,则电网将电能输出给储能电源,为储能电源充电;若电动汽车有充电需求,则电网将电能输出给电动汽车,为电动汽车充电。本发明通过根据电网的峰电期和谷电期状态,来控制电网和储能电源的电能输出流向,避免了电网的负荷波动,提高了电网电能质量。
