The invention discloses a spherical hinge joint structure of a rail vehicle lateral rolling prevention torsion rod device. The structure comprises a spherical surface mandrel and a spherical hinge base; a sealing piece is arranged in the sealed place of the spherical surface mandrel and the spherical hinge base; a spherical shoe is arranged between the head portion of the spherical surface mandreland the inner cavity wall of the spherical hinge base; the sealing piece comprises an inner oil-proof sealing ring and a dustproof sealing cover; the inner side of the inner oil-proof sealing ring isbonded on the spherical surface mandrel; the inner side of the dustproof sealing cover is positioned above the inner side of the inner oil-proof sealing ring, and is pressed on the spherical surfacemandrel through an inner hoop sleeve; the outer side of the inner oil-proof sealing ring and the outer side of the dustproof sealing cover are pressed on the spherical hinge base through riveting covers; the spherical shoe is divided into a lower half spherical shoe and an upper half spherical shoe; and the lower half spherical shoe and the upper half spherical shoe respectively consist of a lowersteel spherical shoe reinforcing ring, a lower spherical shoe high-molecular wear resisting layer and an upper steel spherical shoe reinforcing ring, an upper spherical shoe high-molecular wear resisting layer. The spherical hinge joint structure can prevent leakage of lubricating oil, prolongs the service life of a heavy-load lower spherical hinge, and can prolong the service life of the lateralrolling prevention torsion rod device.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆抗侧滚扭杆装置球铰关节结构,包括球面芯轴、球铰座,球面芯轴与球铰座连接处设有密封件,球面芯轴球头部与球铰座内腔壁之间设有球瓦,密封件包括内防油密封圈、防尘密封罩,内防油密封圈的内侧贴紧球面芯轴,防尘密封罩的内侧置于内防油密封圈的内侧上方,并通过内箍套压紧在球面芯轴上,内防油密封圈的外侧置、防尘密封罩的外侧通过铆接罩压紧在球铰座上;球瓦分为下半边球瓦和上半边球瓦,下半边球瓦、上半边球瓦分别由下钢制球瓦加强圈、下球瓦高分子耐磨层和上钢制球瓦加强圈、上球瓦高分子耐磨层组成。本发明的球铰关节结构可防止润滑油泄漏,延长了重载下球铰的使用寿命,可提高抗侧滚扭杆装置使用年限。
