The invention relates to a torsional support elastic damping platform mounting base. The base comprises an arc supporting base, wherein a plurality of pieces of supporting brackets are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the arc supporting base, a single supporting bracket is perpendicular to the lower surface of the arc supporting base, a damping rubber layer is in pasted connection with the upper surface of the arc supporting base, an arc supporting plate is elastically mounted on the upper surface of the damping rubber layer, the arc supporting plate comprises an arc part matchedwith damping rubber layer, mounting parts are formed on upper edges of both sides of the arc part in a horizontal direction in a mode of outward extending, and a plurality of first mounting holes areformed in the mounting parts. According to the base, torsional support is achieved through the arc supporting plate and the arc supporting base, energy generated by vibration of a ship is consumed through a rubber damping layer, elastic energy storage in a vibration process is achieved through cooperation of an elastic connecting piece, vibration energy is effectively reflected and absorbed on a transmission path through the device, overall vibration noise of the ship is reduced, and connection reliability is not affected.

    本发明涉及一种扭转支撑弹性减振平台安装基座,包括圆弧支撑座,若干块支撑肘板均布于圆弧支撑座的下表面,且单个支撑肘板与圆弧支撑座的下表面呈垂直,圆弧支撑座的上表面贴接阻尼橡胶层,阻尼橡胶层的上表面弹性安装圆弧支撑板,圆弧支撑板包括与阻尼橡胶层配合的圆弧部,圆弧部的两侧上边缘分别沿水平方向向外延伸形成安装部,安装部上开设若干个第一安装孔。本发明通过圆弧支撑板和圆弧支撑座实现扭转支撑,通过橡胶阻尼层消耗船舶振动所产生的能量,配合弹性连接件实现振动过程中的弹性储能,通过本装置使振动能量在传递路径上被有效地反射和吸收,减小船舶整体振动噪音,且不影响连接可靠性。
