The invention discloses a universal joint signal generator for hydrological survey equipment. The universal joint signal generator comprises a universal joint upper seat and a universal joint lower seat, a shaft core is arranged in the universal joint upper seat; an upper seat shell is arranged outside the shaft core; the shaft core and the upper seat shell are separated by a bearing; the top of the shaft core extends out of the upper seat shell and is connected with a cableway steel wire rope through a connecting clamp a; a lower connecting shaft is arranged in the universal joint lower seat,a lower seat shell is arranged outside the lower connecting shaft, the lower connecting shaft and the lower seat shell are separated through an insulating sleeve, a positioning sleeve and an adjusting spring are arranged in the insulating sleeve, the lower connecting shaft penetrates through the lower seat shell, the two ends of the lower connecting shaft extend out of the lower seat shell, and the bottom of the lower connecting shaft is connected with hydrological survey equipment through a connecting clamp b. As the shaft core is the movable shaft, the upper seat shell is the static shaft and is separated through the bearing, torsion of the steel wire rope is eliminated, the lower connecting shaft serves as a switch positive electrode, the lower seat shell serves as a switch negative electrode, the adjusting spring adjusts starting tension of the switch, and signals are sent out after equipment touches the bottom.
本发明公开了一种用于水文测量设备的万向节信号发生器包括万向节上座和万向节下座,万向节上座内部设有轴芯,轴芯外部装有上座壳体,轴芯和上座壳体之间用轴承隔开,轴芯顶部伸出上座壳体并通过连接卡a与缆道钢丝绳连接,万向节下座内部设有下连接轴,下连接轴外装有下座壳体,下连接轴和下座壳体之间通过绝缘套隔开,绝缘套内设有定位套和调节弹簧,下连接轴贯穿下座壳体且两端均伸出下座壳体,其底部通过连接卡b与水文测量设备连接。本发明由于轴芯为动轴,上座壳体为静轴,且通过轴承将其隔开,消除钢丝绳的扭力,并且以下连接轴为开关正极,下座壳体为开关负极,调节弹簧调节开关启动拉力,使设备触底后发出信号。
