The invention discloses a control system of an anti-falling climbing aid. The system comprises a motor, a logic control module, and a dual-power intelligent module and a motor controller which are electrically connected with the logic control module. The motor controller is electrically connected with the motor; the input end of the dual-power intelligent module is connected with an alternating-current mains supply end and a battery; the dual-power intelligent module automatically switches the power supply of the alternating-current mains supply end and the battery to the motor; an output shaft of the motor is provided with a power-off brake which is used for braking the motor and is electrically connected with the motor controller; an encoder is connected with motor shaft, and the encoderis electrically connected with the logic control module; the encoder is used for obtaining the rotating speed value of the motor output shaft and transmitting the rotating speed value to the logic control module; a preset value is set in the logic control module; when the rotating speed value is higher than the preset value, the logic control module outputs a signal to the motor controller, and the motor controller stops supplying power to the power-off brake, so that the motor enters a braking state.

    本发明公开了防坠助爬器的控制系统,包括电机、逻辑控制模块以及分别与逻辑控制模块电连的双电源智能模块和电机控制器,电机控制器与电机电连,其中,双电源智能模块的输入端分别连接有交流市电端和电池,通过双电源智能模块实现自动切换交流市电端和电池对电机的供电,电机的输出轴上设置有用于对电机制动且与电机控制器电连的失电制动器,电机轴连接有编码器,编码器与逻辑控制模块电连,编码器用于获取电机输出轴的转速值并传送至逻辑控制模块内,逻辑控制模块内设置有预定值,当转速值高于预定值时,逻辑控制模块输出信号至电机控制器,由电机控制器停止向失电制动器供电,使得电机进入制动状态。
