The invention relates to a dual-motor driving system, a gear shift torque control method thereof and a vehicle. A first motor and a second motor are respectively set as a main driving motor and an auxiliary driving motor, and a driving motor and a speed regulating motor; whether a maximum output torque MT provided by the main driving motor can meet a whole vehicle required torque is judged, if themaximum output torque of the driving motor meets the whole vehicle required torque, the torque of the speed regulating motor does not need to be cleared, and meanwhile, the output torque of the driving motor meets the whole vehicle required torque all the time without additional torque control; and if the maximum output torque of the driving motor does not meet the whole vehicle required torque during gear shifting and torque clearing, only the torque of the speed regulating motor needs to be cleared, and meanwhile the driving motor works with the maximum output torque; therefore, in a gear shifting stage, the method can effectively reduce the probability that the two motors are adjusted at the same time and shorten the motor adjusting time, so that the gear shifting time is shortened, the vehicle power is smoother, and the driving comfort is further improved.

    本发明涉及一种双电机驱动系统及其换挡扭矩控制方法、车辆,将第一电机和第二电机分别设置为主驱动电机与辅助驱动电机、及驱动电机与调速电机,判断主驱动电机提供的最大输出扭矩MT能否满足整车需求扭矩,若驱动电机最大输出扭矩满足整车需求扭矩恒成立,则不需要对调速电机进行清扭,同时驱动电机输出扭矩一直满足整车需求扭矩,不需额外扭矩控制;若换挡清扭时驱动电机最大输出扭矩不满足整车需求扭矩,此时仅需对调速电机清扭,同时驱动电机以最大输出扭矩工作;因而在此换挡阶段,此方法可有效降低两个电机同时调节的概率,降低电机调节时间,从而降低换挡时间,使得车辆动力更加平顺,进一步提升驾驶的舒适性。
