The invention relates to a full-streamline steering knuckle forging structure. The structure comprises a flange plate, a main shaft is arranged at the bottom of the flange plate, a long main pin arm and a short main pin arm which are distributed on two sides of the flange plate are arranged at the top of the flange plate, and main pin holes are formed in the long main pin arm and the short main pin arm; a pull rod connecting arm is arranged at the top of the long main pin arm; brake torsion plates which are distributed on two sides of the long main pin arm and connected to the long main pin arm horizontally extend along two sides of the plane where the flange plate is located; a steering arm connected to a steering tie rod is arranged on a side arc surface of the short main pin arm in an extending manner, and is connected to the flange plate at the same time; the flange plate, the main shaft, the long main pin arm, the short main pin arm, the pull rod connecting arm and the steering arm are integrally forged and formed. The full-streamline steering knuckle forging structure has the beneficial effects that: the steering knuckle is compact in structure and reasonable in overall streamline, particularly, the streamline of the steering arm is regular, good mechanical performance is achieved, the machining and assembling cost of the automobile steering knuckle is reduced, an automobile steering knuckle assembly system is simplified, and light weight of the automobile steering knuckle is achieved.

    本发明涉及汽车零部件的一种全流线转向节锻件结构,包括法兰盘,法兰盘的底部设有主轴,法兰盘的顶部设有分布在法兰盘两侧的长主销臂和短主销臂,长主销臂和短主销臂上设有主销孔;长主销臂的顶部设有拉杆连接臂;法兰盘沿其所在平面两侧水平延设有分布在长主销臂两侧并与长主销臂连接的制动扭力板;短主销臂的侧弧面上延设有与转向横拉杆连接的转向臂,且转向臂同时与法兰盘连接;法兰盘、主轴、长主销臂、短主销臂、拉杆连接臂和转向臂一体化锻造成型。有益效果是:转向节结构紧凑,整体流线合理,尤其是转向臂流线规整,具有良好的力学性能,降低了汽车转向节的加工和装配成本,简化汽车转向节总成系统,实现汽车转向节的轻量化。
