The invention discloses an anti-icing structure of an unmanned aerial vehicle wing, which is arranged at the front edge of the unmanned aerial vehicle wing. The anti-icing structure of the unmanned aerial vehicle wing comprises a front edge skin, wherein the front edge skin comprises an outer skin, a protective layer, a heat conduction layer, a heating layer and a heat insulation layer from outside to inside, the heating layer is made of flexible carbon fiber cloth and conducts heating in an electrified mode, and the heat insulation layer is used for ensuring that heating energy of the heatinglayer is transmitted towards the ice surface in a one-way mode; the heat conduction layer is made of a heat conduction material and is used for conducting heat generated by the heating layer; the protective layer is used for protecting the heat conduction layer; and the outer skin is used for supporting and protecting the front edge skin. According to the invention, the carbon fiber electrified heating technology is applied to the unmanned aerial vehicle, the carbon fiber cloth is arranged in the front edge skin of the wing, and the adopted carbon fiber material heating framework can achievebetter anti-icing and deicing effects.

    本发明公开一种无人机机翼的防冰结构,设置在无人机机翼的前缘位置,所述无人机机翼的防冰结构包括前缘蒙皮,所述前缘蒙皮包括由外到内的外皮、保护层、导热层、发热层、隔热层,所述发热层采用柔性碳纤维布,通过通电的方式进行发热,所述隔热层用于确保所述发热层的加热能量朝着冰面单向传递;所述导热层采用导热材料,用于传导所述发热层产生的热量;所述保护层用于保护所述导热层;所述外皮用于支撑并保护所述前缘蒙皮;本发明将碳纤维通电加热技术应用到无人机上,将碳纤维布内置在机翼的前缘蒙皮中,采用的碳纤维材料加热架构可获得更好的防除冰效果。
