The system comprises a hydraulic pump, at least two suspension oilcylinder sets, a suspension control valve set and a diverter valve set, and each suspension oil cylinder set corresponds to one axle and comprises a left suspension oil cylinder and a right suspension oil cylinder; the suspension control valve set comprises a switching control valve block capable of connecting a rod cavity of the corresponding suspension oil cylinder with an axle pressure oil wayand an axle oil return way in a switching mode, and a switch valve block capable of connecting and disconnecting a rodless cavity of the corresponding suspension oil cylinder with a rod cavity of another suspension oil cylinder in the same set; And a diverter valve set is connected between the suspension control valve set and the hydraulic pump, can equally divide the flow of oil from the axle pressure oil way according to the number of the suspension oil cylinders, and is matched with control of the suspension control valve set to achieve independent lifting adjustment and synchronous lifting adjustment of the suspension oil cylinders. Each suspension oil cylinder can realize synchronous extension and retraction actions, so that the driving performance of the vehicle can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种油气悬挂系统、车辆及油气悬挂系统的控制方法,所述系统包括液压泵,至少两个悬挂油缸组、悬挂控制阀组和分流阀组,每个悬挂油缸组对应一个车桥,包括左悬挂油缸和右悬挂油缸;悬挂控制阀组包括能够将相应悬挂油缸的有杆腔与车桥压力油路、车桥回油路切换连接的切换控制阀块和能够将相应悬挂油缸的无杆腔与同组内另一悬挂油缸的有杆腔连通和关断的开关阀块;分流阀组连接于悬挂控制阀组与液压泵之间,能够将来自车桥压力油路的油液根据悬挂油缸的数量进行流量等分,与各悬挂控制阀组的控制相配合以实现各悬挂油缸的独立升降调节及同步升降调节。本发明能够使各悬挂油缸实现同步伸长和缩回动作,有助于提高车辆行驶性能。
