Vm} of each monitoring point at a time interval of T, and m being the number of monitoring points; wherein the traffic flow sequence Vi of the to-be-predicted monitoring point pi is equal to {vi, 1, vi, 2, vi, 3,..., vi, n}, and n is the number of time intervals; and inputting the traffic flow sequence of the monitoring point pi to be predicted into a pre-trained traffic flow prediction model, and outputting the traffic flow vi, n + 1 of the monitoring point pi in the next time interval T. The methodprovided by the invention is high in prediction accuracy of the future dynamic traffic flow.
