The engineering effect that can be realized is as follows: the rectification body blade of the water jet propeller is designed into a multi-curve section perpendicular to the axial direction, so that cavitation and denudation are delayed to 8300 r/min of the rotating speed of the impeller. A water-jet propeller rectifying body provided by the invention comprises a rectifying body wheel hub and several rectifying blades. According to a model test result, the cavitation and denudation delay of the water-jet propeller adopting the rectifying body technology is increased to 8300 r/min or above from 900 r/min compared with a known water-jet propeller, and the effect is increased by 15-30% in the aspect of propulsion efficiency characteristics; and no denudation fault occurs in the whole life cycle.
本发明涉及船舶喷水推进器的关键技术领域,旨在消除空泡和剥蚀,提升喷水推进器的功率转化的效率和效能。而且,本发明同时重新构建工程制造方法,使喷水推进器的产业化实施得到显著提高,进一步改善了喷水推进器的成本结构。可以实现的工程上的效果是:通过将喷水推进器的整流体叶片设计成沿轴向垂直的多曲线截面,使空泡和剥蚀的产生延后至叶轮转速的8300转/分钟。所提出的实现这一喷水推进器整流体包括:一个整流体轮毂;若干整流叶片。根据模型试验结果,所述采用这种整流体技术的喷水推进器,空泡和剥蚀延后发生比公知的喷水推进器900转/分钟增加到8300转/分钟以上,效果在推进效率特性方面增加15‑30%;全生命周期无剥蚀故障发生。
