A hovercraft air guide pipe manufacturing process comprises the following steps: 1, component fabrication, wherein lofting is conducted on a component manufacturing platform according to the drawing line type; 2, skin manufacturing, machining and discharging; and 3, component assembling, wherein the component is assembled on an assembly platform in the mode that the tail portion of a guide pipe faces downwards, the front edge of the guide pipe faces upwards, integrity inspection is conducted on the guide pipe through a quality guarantee part after manufacturing is completed, the size of the guide pipe is accurately measured according to accuracy requirement inspection data, and ship inspection and military inspection report inspection confirmation is conducted after inspection is qualified. The process for manufacturing the air flow guide pipe is simple to operate, and the machining efficiency is improved.
