The invention relates to an intelligent cabin system control method and system. The method comprises the steps: acquiring driving information, at least including face information and posture information, of a driver in real time; determining a driving state according to the driver driving information, setting driving state to include a non-fatigue state and a fatigue state including a mild fatiguestate and an extremely fatigue state; when the driving state is the extremely fatigue state, starting a navigation system to guide the driver to have a rest at the nearest safe parking point, and starting an environment adjusting device and setting the device to be in a refreshing mode; and when the driving state is a mild fatigue state, starting the environment adjusting device and setting the environment adjusting device to be in a refreshing mode. A cabin with intelligent atmosphere comfort is quickly created by dynamically adjusting the comfort and sleep mode of the driving cabin during fatigue and parking rest, the life quality of a user vehicle is improved, and indirect safety consideration is achieved.
