The invention relates to a ship cabin negative pressure isolation system comprising a foldable negative pressure isolation device arranged at the inlet of a ship cabin and replaceable isolation filmspasted on the surfaces of an air inlet and an air outlet of the ship cabin. Cabin doors are arranged on the front surface and the back surface of the negative pressure isolation cabin body; each cabindoor comprises a left cabin door, a right cabin door and an inner zipper; the left cabin door and the right cabin door are opened or closed through the inner zipper, symmetrical standing posture glove openings and sitting posture glove openings are formed in the left cabin door and the right cabin door in a communicating mode; a negative pressure generation device communicated with the interior of a negative pressure isolation cabin body is arranged on the side face of the negative pressure isolation cabin body, a controller is arranged on the negative pressure isolation cabin body, and a detection unit is arranged in the negative pressure isolation cabin body. The detection unit detects whether a person exists in the negative pressure isolation cabin or not and transmits a detection result to the controller, and if so, the controller controls the negative pressure generation device to generate a negative pressure to pump and replace air in the negative pressure isolation cabin. According to the ship cabin negative pressure isolation system, external air with viruses is effectively prevented from entering the ship rest cabin.
