The invention relates to a noise reduction tire. The tire comprises a plurality of laminated rubber material layers, wherein the laminated rubber material layers can form a tread part, a tire shoulderand a tire side part which are sequentially arranged from the middle part to two sides in the axial direction of the tire through a vulcanization process, the tire further comprises a protruding partwhich is made of shock absorption materials and located between the two rubber material layers on the innermost side, the protruding part is of a trapezoidal structure, a short bottom edge of the trapezoidal structure is located on the tire side part and arranged outwards, and a long bottom edge of the trapezoidal structure is located on the tire side part and extends to the tire tread part. Thetire is advantaged in that vibration and noise generated when the tire travels can be effectively reduced, processing property of the tire can be guaranteed, and cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种降噪轮胎,其包括多层层叠设置的胶料层,层叠设置的胶料层经硫化工艺能够形成沿轮胎的轴向由中部向两侧依次设置的胎面部、胎肩和胎侧部;还包括凸出部,凸出部为吸震材质并位于最内侧的两层胶料层之间,凸出部呈梯形结构,梯形结构的短底边位于胎侧部并朝外设置,梯形结构的长底边位于胎侧部并延伸至胎面部。能够有效地降低轮胎行走时所产生的震动和噪音,并可保证轮胎的工艺性能、降低成本。
