The invention relates to a tool box device for locking a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanism. The tool box device is characterized in that a mounting panel is used for being fixedly connected with a spacecraft, one end of a first expandable support and one end of a second expandable support are connected with opposite positions of two sides of the mounting panel through rotating hinges respectively,torsional springs are arranged at connecting positions, one ends of the torsional springs are fixedly connected with connecting ends of the first expandable support and the second expandable support,and the other ends of the torsional springs are connected with the mounting panel. In the launching state, a matching end of the first expandable support and a matching end of the second expandable support are pressed together through an initiating explosive device, the two expandable supports and the mounting panel enclasp a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanism, and the torsion springs are in the initial compression state; when the mechanism is unfolded in orbit, the initiating explosive device is unlocked, the two expandable supports rotate by a certain angle under the action of the respectivetorsional springs to achieve separation and release, at the moment, a first spring clamping base and a second spring clamping base are oppositely installed and used for fixing the mainboard of the locked multi-degree-of-freedom mechanism to the mounting panel.

    本发明涉及一种用于多自由度机构锁紧的工具箱装置。其中:安装面板用于与航天器固定连接,第一可展开支架和第二可展开支架的一端分别通过转动铰链与安装面板两侧相对位置进行连接,且连接部位设有扭簧,扭簧的一端固定连接在第一可展开支架和第二可展开支架的连接端,另一端连接在安装面板上;发射状态下,第一可展开支架的配合端和第二可展开支架的配合端采用一个火工品压紧在一起,两个可展开支架和安装面板抱紧多自由度机构,扭簧处于初始压缩状态;在轨展开时,火工品解锁,两个可展开支架在各自扭簧作用下旋转一定角度,实现分离释放,此时,第一弹簧卡座和第二弹簧卡座相对安装,用于将被锁紧多自由度机构的主板固定在安装面板上。
