The invention provides a marine pulley lifting system and a mounting method thereof and relates to the field of lifting devices. The marine pulley lifting system comprises a bracket, a winch, a fixedpulley block and a movable pulley block on the lower side of the fixed pulley block; the bracket is provided with a connecting structure; the connecting structure is fixedly mounted on a trunk structure; a fixed pulley seat is arranged on the bracket; the fixed pulley block is rotatably mounted in the fixed pulley seat; a direction-changing pulley seat is arranged at the upper part of the bracket;a direction-changing pulley is rotatably mounted in the direction-changing pulley seat; and steel wire ropes are wound in the fixed pulley block and the movable pulley block and bypass the upper surface of the direction-changing pulley to be connected with the winch. The direction-changing pulley seat is arranged at the upper part of the bracket, so that the fixed pulley seat and the direction-changing pulley seat are staggered in space, and mutual interference of the fixed pulley block and the direction-changing pulley is avoided; and in addition, the direction-changing pulley is adopted toadjust the rope outlet positions of the steel wire ropes, so that the steel wire ropes are ensured to be smoothly led to the winch from the trunk structure.
