The invention discloses an inter-vehicle hinging device capable of passing through a small curve. The device comprises a first hinge main body, a second hinge main body, a crown-shaped ring and a slewing bearing, wherein the first hinge main body and the second hinge main body are respectively mounted at vehicle ends of adjacent vehicle bodies; the inner ring of the slewing bearing is connected with the first hinge main body, the outer ring is connected with the inner side of the crown-shaped ring, the intermediate ring is fixed with a bogie, the second hinge main body is connected with the outer side of the crown-shaped ring through elastic bearings connected with the two ends, and the three circles of the slewing bearing are in rotating fit, so that the first hinge main body connected with the slewing bearing, the second hinge main body and the bogie are driven to rotate mutually, the rotating angle of the vehicle is increased, and the small-curve passing capacity of the vehicle is improved. The device adapts to reliable connection between medium-high floor hinged light rail vehicles, adapts to various displacements of a vehicle passing curve, and can adapt to motions of side rolling, nodding and the like of the vehicle. The hinging device main body adopts a box type welding structure design, so that the weight is lighter compared with an existing forged/cast product. Exceptthat the elastic bearings integrated with the second hinge body need to be replaced regularly, maintenance is almost avoided in normal use.

    一种通过小曲线的车辆间铰接装置,包括第一铰接主体、第二铰接主体、冠状环、回转轴承,第一铰接主体和第二铰接主体分别安装在相邻车体的车端,其中,回转轴承内圈与第一铰接主体连接,外圈与冠状环内侧连接,中间圈和转向架固定,第二铰接主体通过两端连接的弹性轴承与冠状环外侧连接,回转轴承三圈相互转动配合,从而带动与回转轴承相连的第一铰接主体和第二铰接主体及转向架三者相互转动,用于增大车辆转动角度,提高车辆通过小曲线的能力。本发明适应中高地板铰接轻轨车辆之间的可靠连接,适应车辆通过曲线的各种位移,并能适应车辆的侧滚、点头等运动。铰接装置主体采用箱型焊接结构设计,相比现有采用锻/铸的产品,重量更轻。除第二铰接主体集成的弹性轴承需定期更换,正常使用几乎免维护。
